The Egyptian Ambassador to Yemen presents his credentials to the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council of the Republic of Yemen
Ambassador Ihab Abu Sari’, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Yemen, presented his credentials to Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council of the Republic of Yemen, in the presence of the Yemeni Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, at Ma’ashiq Palace in the city of Aden in the Republic of Yemen.
Ambassador Ihab Abu Sari’ conveyed the greetings of His Excellency the President of the Republic to the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council. The Egyptian ambassador was also keen to review the Egyptian position on the Yemeni crisis, stressing Egypt’s support for legitimacy in Yemen, which is represented by the Presidential Leadership Council and the legitimate government, as well as Egypt’s support for all efforts aimed at reaching a solution. A comprehensive and sustainable policy for the Yemeni crisis that meets the aspirations of the Yemeni people and ends their human suffering.
For his part, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi was keen to convey his greetings to the President of the Republic, as well as to the Egyptian government and people for the support provided to his country, noting the importance of the strategic and historical relations extending over the ages between the two brotherly countries, and expressing his aspiration to strengthen ways Cooperation between the two countries in various fields for the benefit of the two brotherly peoples.
