The head of health care inaugurates the training program for middle leaders at the National Training Academy

Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki, Chairman of the Health Care Authority and General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project, inaugurated the activities of the training program for middle leaders of the Authority’s cadres at the National Training Academy, in the presence of Dr. Sulafa Juwaili, Executive Director of the National Training Academy, and Dr. Taher Nasr, Deputy Executive Director of the Academy. The launch of the program comes within the framework of the Authority’s strategy to enhance the capabilities of its administrative and medical cadres to Various levels, in line with the requirements of institutional development.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation mechanisms to launch the social media platform for the National Training Academy, which includes broadcasting health awareness and educational content, aiming to support public health and raise health awareness among citizens, as well as promoting positive behaviors to preserve public health, in a way that integrates with the awareness role played by the Health Care Authority within the health care system. The meeting also discussed coordination of partnerships with leading international institutions in the fields of health and administrative training and rehabilitation, including the International Hospital Federation (IHF) and the American College of Executives, which contributes to developing training curricula, exchanging experiences, and raising the efficiency of Egyptian cadres in administrative fields. Dr. Ahmed Al-Sobki stressed that cooperation with these international entities enhances the quality of the training programs provided, and gives health sector workers skills that comply with international standards, noting that the results of this cooperation extend to the regional and international levels, thus consolidating Egypt’s leadership in the areas of health systems development.

Within the framework of the visit, Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki inspected the training of middle leaders in the Health Care Authority. Within the National Training Academy, he praised the national role played by the academy in preparing and qualifying young leaders and cadres, and giving them the skills necessary for effective leadership and management, in implementation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to build the Egyptian human being and create a bright future for the Egyptian state.

Dr. Taher Nasr, Deputy Executive Director of the Academy, added that the Academy pays special attention to training workers in vital sectors, including the health sector, in addition to training opinion leaders and influencers interested in health affairs, with the aim of establishing a culture of health awareness and social responsibility, stressing that the Academy is constantly working to update and develop The content of the training programs is in line with modern requirements and meets the needs of the labor market, and contributes to supporting the state’s efforts towards comprehensive institutional development.
