المملكة: 45 leaders from 3 sectors complete a global training program at Noura University


Conclude The Center for Women’s Leadership at Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University, the second edition of its training program “Leadership”, which witnessed the participation of 45 female leaders from various governmental, private and non-profit sectors. This specific program aims to hone women’s leadership skills and enhance their influence in the work environment in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Supporting skills with practical application

The focus of the program, which was titled “ for Women in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” aims to provide participants with advanced leadership tools, including negotiation skills, media management, and digital leadership.
The integrated training trip included interactive workshops and individual guidance sessions, in addition to a financial simulation and field visits, to ensure the application of theoretical concepts on the ground.

And to enhance the quality of experience and linking it to international standards. The graduates were granted two accredited certificates, one from the Center for Women’s Leadership and the other from the prestigious American Cornell University, after completing all Program requirements successfully.

The growing national impact of the program, which was launched for the first time in 2022, is noted, as it was adopted as a case study in the Oxford Business Group report for the year 2025, which embodies its effective role in enhancing women’s participation in national development.

This initiative reflects the efforts of the Women’s Leadership Center to contribute to achieving the goals of The strategic plan of Princess Noura University 2025, which seeks to prepare competitive competencies, enhance the leadership of Saudi women in leading cognitive and societal influence, and advance the national development process towards new horizons.
