Palestine and the Netherlands are discussing ways to enhance cooperation in programs to support agencies for recovery and reconstruction in the West Bank and Gaza

Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Mustafa discussed, today, Monday, with a delegation from the Union of Dutch Municipalities ways to enhance cooperation and partnership at the level of local government, programs to support local authorities in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, and the recovery and reconstruction plan.
The Palestinian News Agency “Wafa” reported: The Prime Minister confirmed that the government pays great attention to municipalities and village councils, as they are in direct contact with citizens, pointing to the progress made in implementing the government’s initiative for the sustainability of local government bodies as one of the ten initiatives within the National Development and Development Program.
For their part, representatives of the Federation of Dutch Municipalities confirmed their readiness and support for the government’s plans for recovery and reconstruction and supporting the programs of the bodies. Local governance, development and sustainability, both in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
