The full formation of the Egyptian Medical Syndicate Office

The General Syndicate of Doctors Council held a meeting headed by the General Syndicate, Dr. Osama Abdel-Hay, to reconstitute the office body and choose committee rapporteurs, after the union’s mid-term elections that were held last October 10.

Article 23 of the union’s law No. 45 of 1969 stipulates that the union’s council shall elect annually (in October) from among its members an agent, a general secretary, a treasurer, an assistant secretary, and an assistant treasurer, and they, along with the captain, shall be a committee. The office.

The union’s office was formed as follows:

1. D. Jamal Amira as agent.

2. D. Abu Bakr Al-Qadi, Secretary-General.

3.  D. Ayman Salem as Treasurer.

4. D. Khaled Amin Zarei, Assistant Secretary-General.

5. D. Shadi Safwat, Assistant Treasurer.

During the meeting, rapporteurs for the union’s committees were also chosen as follows:

1. Egypt Giving Committee – Dr. Khaled Amin Zare’, rapporteur, and Dr. Abdul Rahman Mustafa, assistant rapporteur.

2. Medical Facilities Committee – Dr. Hussein Nada, rapporteur, and Dr. Abu Bakr Al-Qadi, assistant rapporteur.

3. Investigation and Professional Ethics Committee – Dr. Gamal Amira, Dr. Ayman Salem.

4. Disciplinary Board – Dr. Mohamed Farid Hamdi and Dr. Abdul Rahman Mustafa.

5. Social Committee – Dr. Shadi Safwat, rapporteur, and Dr. Ahmed Bahlas, assistant rapporteur.

6.  Medical Education Committee – Dr. Medhat Morsi, Dr. Karim Salem.

7. Youth Committee – Dr. Ahmed Al-Sayed, rapporteur, and Dr. Ahmed Al-Hawari, assistant rapporteur.

8. Media and Publishing Committee – Dr. Ahmed Mabrouk Al-Sheikh, rapporteur, and Dr. Ahmed Bahlas, assistant rapporteur.
