“Masters Games” announces a comprehensive community program for all ages

Abu Dhabi, October 24 / WAM / The Supreme Organizing Committee of the Abu Dhabi 2026 Masters Games announced the launch of a comprehensive free community training program until next February 2.
Training sessions will be held in Khalifa Square, the Zayed Sports City Council, and the “Harka” (Movement) Club, for all ages and levels, in preparation for participation in the Abu Dhabi 2026 Masters Games.
She explained that the program includes various activities for all ages and levels, including family fitness training, walking, flexibility, strength, and comprehensive fitness.
She stressed that the program is consistent with the vision of the Games, to encourage all segments of society to participate in sports activities, and to instill a spirit of vitality and activity in individuals of different ages, and is in line with its values, including the belief in the importance of physical activity for all, and striving to enable individuals to practice sports of all ages, and celebrating physical health, passion, and love of sports.
It is noteworthy that the “Masters Games” Abu Dhabi 2026, the largest international multi-sport sporting event, will take place from February 6 to 15, 2026, with the participation of more than 25,000 athletes from countries around the world, competing in more than 30 sports, including 6 traditional heritage sports that reflect the national identity and cultural heritage of the UAE, and open its doors to all individuals from the age of 30 years and above, without requiring any level of experience.
