المملكة: Investments exceeding 124 billion Saudi riyals during the World Health Forum. Here are the most prominent of them
The Minister of Health, Dr. Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al-Jalajel, said that investments exceeding 124 billion Saudi riyals will be signed during the opening activities of the World Health Forum, in Riyadh.
During the opening ceremony of the World Health Forum in Riyadh, he revealed a number of partnerships, the most prominent of which are:
- Launching a clinical trial for an artificial intelligence doctor AI Physician in cooperation with my company HUMAIN and LEAN.
- In partnership with Google We launch the “Smart Health Coach” through the Sihaty application to be the health guide for every beneficiary.
- Investments exceeding 124 billion Saudi riyals will be signed during the activities of the World Health Forum.
- Partnership between Whoop and the Department of Defense to promote digital health, quality of life and integration of health and clinical data
- Partnership between Google and LEAN To launch the “Smart Health Coach”, to be a personal health guide for every user.
- Sign Liferaand SanofiMemorandum of Understanding to localize the vaccine industry in the Kingdom.
- Lifera and MSD signed a memorandum of understanding to evaluate the localization of vaccine production in the Kingdom.
- Lifera and Pfizer signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to explore opportunities to localize biopharmaceutical industries in the Kingdom.
- Lifera and Jamjoom Pharma signed an agreement to localize and manufacture vaccines in the Kingdom.
- A partnership between BD and the Ministry of Health to localize medical technologies and provide clinical training and capacity building with an investment of one billion Saudi riyals.
- The Arab House of Trading and Fresenius Kabi announce the establishment of a factory to localize the manufacture of medical blood bags in the Kingdom, with an investment of one billion Saudi riyals.
- Al Mana Company signs an agreement to manufacture ultrasound imaging devices in the Kingdom with an investment of 330 million Saudi riyals
- .A partnership between Abbott and the Ministry of Health to establish a research and development center for digital health and manufacture continuous glucose monitoring sensors.
The Global Health Forum 2025 was launched today in Riyadh and will continue until October 30, sponsored by the Ministry of Health, with the support of the Health Sector Transformation Program, one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and organized by Tahaluf Company, the joint project between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, the Events Investment Fund, and Informa International Company, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham.
