Dubai South is the regional headquarters of the largest global provider of aviation services

The Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project, the area designated for developing the aviation industry in Dubai South, announced that it has attracted Avia Solutions Group, the largest global provider of aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance (ACMI) services, to establish its new regional headquarters in Dubai South, as part of its strategy for global expansion and meeting the growing demand for aviation solutions. A statement issued yesterday stated that the new headquarters will be completed in the last quarter of 2027, to accommodate about 800 employees of various nationalities and experiences, and to form a platform for the group’s international cooperation.
The headquarters will include modern office spaces and meeting rooms, and will also serve as a shared services center to support the group’s global operations in the areas of ACMI, shipping, cybersecurity, digital marketing and aviation insurance. The headquarters will also host a special innovation center for artificial intelligence from Avia Solutions, which is the first of its kind to attract global talent.
Khalifa Al Zaffin, CEO of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, said: “The joining of the Avia Solutions group to Dubai South represents the emirate’s position as a preferred destination for international companies seeking to expand in the region and benefit from Dubai’s advanced infrastructure, innovative services, and distinctive business environment.”
