Engineer Mohamed Salah El-Din Mustafa, Minister of State for Military Production, stressed the Ministry’s keenness to integrate with various local and international institutions and companies in the fields of military and civil manufacturing, especially the field of electronics manufacturing, in a way that enhances the country’s sustainable development endeavors by relying on local manufacturing capabilities with Egyptian hands and the highest international quality standards. This came during the surprise field visit made by the Minister to Benha Electronic Industries Company (Military Factory 144), as a continuation of the series of continuous inspection tours of companies and production units. The various military operations, to follow up on the regularity of work progress in the affiliated entities on the ground and to ensure the quality of the production process.

 

Minister “Mohamed Salah” was keen to To be present in “Banha Electronic Industries” The timing of the workers’ attendance at the company’s headquarters to ensure compliance with the start-of-work timings and implementation of the daily production plan. The Minister began the surprise visit to the company (Military Factory 144) by inspecting the manufacturing stages of the screen production line of various sizes and the tablet production line, starting with the delivery of raw materials to the line and arriving at the final product.

 

During the tour, the Minister of State for Military Production listened to what was reviewed by Engineer Tariq Fouad Qutb, General Commissioner of Banha Company. Electronic Industries includes data and information about the executive position of production rates and performance during the previous period, the position of inventory and maintenance work, the latest developments in the projects being implemented by the company, the extent of adherence to the timelines specified for the implementation of these projects, as well as the measures taken to implement the company’s development plans.

 

The Minister was keen to hold a meeting with a number of the company’s employees, where he listened to their opinions, demands and proposals regarding the manufacturing process, and urged them to exert more effort and diligent work to maintain the company’s leading position. (Military Factory 144) in the field of electronics manufacturing and its vital role in supporting the national economy and advancing national industry. The Minister also directed to work to overcome all difficulties facing the production process.

 

During his meeting with the workers, the Minister of State for Military Production issued directives related to the necessity of continuing to take the necessary measures to improve performance, apply quality standards in production processes, adhere to the timings of implementation of ongoing projects, and pay attention to scientific research to increase the proportion of the local component and contribute to the implementation of the technology localization plan. Modern, in addition to working to make optimal use of the company’s available assets and resources and enter into new investment partnerships to maximize the achieved returns and increase the contribution to achieving added value to the national economy.
