Jana Khattab secured a new medal for Egypt in the World Taekwondo Championship

Egypt secured a new medal in the World Taekwondo Championship held in China through Egyptian national team player Jana Khattab.
Jana Khattab qualified for the semi-finals of the World Taekwondo Championship in China, weighing -53 kg, after defeating the Thai player 2/0.
Before her, Jana advanced to the quarter-finals of the World Taekwondo Championship in China. Taekwondo after defeating the refugee national team player 2/1.
On the other hand, Egyptian national team player Rami Issa bid farewell to the men’s -74 kg world taekwondo championship after losing in the round of 16 to the champion of Uzbekistan by two rounds to one.
It is noteworthy that Egypt has so far achieved a gold medal in World Taekwondo Championship by Olympic champion Saif Issa.
