Urgent.. InstaPay: Services will be affected for 3 hours
The InstaPay application announced that its services for updating systems in banks will be affected with the winter time, during the time period from 11 pm today, Thursday, October 30, until 2 am tomorrow Friday, October 31, 2025.

The InstaPay application is one of the best tools for financial transfers, as it is used to know Your bank account balances, transfer money, pay electricity, water, gas and telephone bills, in addition to making donations and obtaining bank transaction statements.
The number of InstaPay users has reached 12 million users by the end of 2024, and through this update the network aims to support the development of the digital infrastructure and work to launch new services and features that meet the needs of users, and to ensure the continued provision of network services and the “InstaPay” application. With the highest international quality standards, in line with the vision of the Central Bank of Egypt towards digital transformation.
Limits for transfers via InstaPay
– The maximum value of a single transaction when transferring is 70 thousand pounds.
– The maximum transfer limit for total daily transactions for transfers is 120 thousand pounds.
– The maximum monthly transactions for transfers via InstaPay is 400 thousand EGP.
Transfer fees via InstaPay
Transfer fees have been determined via the “InstaPay” application. To be 0.1% of the transaction value, with a minimum of 50 piasters and a maximum of 20 Egyptian pounds per transaction.
– If you transfer 100 pounds, you will pay a transfer fee of 50 piasters.
– If you transfer 500 pounds, you will pay a transfer fee of 50 piasters.
– If you transfer 1,000 pounds, you will pay 1 pound.
– If You will transfer 20 thousand pounds, you will pay 20 pounds.
– If you transfer 70 thousand pounds, you will pay 20 pounds.
– Providing balance inquiries up to 10 times for free per month, and after that 50 piasters for each inquiry.
