المملكة: Launching the drive-thru seasonal influenza vaccination service in Mecca
Al-Noor Specialized Hospital, a member of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Health Cluster, launched a drive-thru seasonal influenza vaccination service, as part of the national vaccination campaign The service is available for all age groups, starting from the age of 6 months, without the need to open a medical file or book a prior appointment, and it is provided under the supervision of qualified health personnel from the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine to ensure the quality and safety of procedures.
He added that the service is available from Sunday to Thursday, from five in the evening until nine in the evening, at the headquarters of Al Nour Specialist Hospital.
Efforts to limit the spread of seasonal diseases
The health cluster stated that this initiative comes As part of the hospital’s efforts to promote Preventive health and reducing the spread of seasonal diseases, in line with the objectives of the Ministry of Health in providing innovative and comprehensive health services.
It is worth noting that the campaign this year carries the slogan "Your vaccination…protection for you and those you love"Emphasizing the importance of the initiative to obtain the vaccine to protect the individual and society, and to achieve the goals of the Health Transformation Program, which is based on enhancing prevention, raising the quality of life, and providing the necessary health services and vaccines, in a way that contributes to protecting public health.
