5 tips to prevent noncommunicable diseases

The Ministry of Health and Population noted a number of tips to prevent noncommunicable diseases, which are:
Prevention of non-communicable diseases:
- Quit smoking.
- Reduce salt, sugar, and white flour.
- Eat a plate of salad, containing vegetables and fruits.
- Exercise regularly, or walk at least 20 minutes a day.
- Avoid fast food and soft drinks.
It is worth noting that theNoncommunicable diseases, also known as chronic diseases, are diseases that usually last for long periods and result from a combination of genetic, physiological, environmental and behavioral factors.
The main types of these diseases include cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks and stroke, cancers, and chronic respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive lung disease, asthma, and diabetes.
