Katz: We will not stop until Hamas disarms Gaza

Israeli occupation army minister Yisrael Katz said today, Wednesday, that Israel will not stop until the disarmament of Hamas from the Gaza Strip is completed, stressing that the Israeli policy is clear in the Strip.

Katz said in his statements, “We are committed to returning all the bodies of detainees from the Gaza Strip and we will continue working until the mission is achieved, and we will not stop.” Until the disarmament of Hamas from the Gaza Strip is completed.”

Katz added, “Israel’s policy in Gaza is clear: the army is working to destroy tunnels and eliminate Hamas terrorists without any restrictions within the yellow zone under our control. The goal, in addition to returning all the dead hostages, is to disarm Hamas and disarm Gaza.

This comes at a time when the Israeli occupation army announced the recovery of the body of the captured soldier, Staff Sergeant Itai Chen (19 years old), after analysis at the National Institute of Forensic Medicine in cooperation with the police and the rabbinate.

The Israeli occupation army added that it is “ready to continue implementing the agreement,” calling on Hamas to “fulfill its role in the agreement and make the necessary efforts to return the bodies of all hostages to their families and bury them with dignity.”

According to a reporter Israeli Channel 12, Itai Chen is considered the last prisoner to hold American citizenship besides Israeli, whose body was returned from the Gaza Strip.
