Leverkusen beats Benfica in the Champions League

The German team Bayer Leverkusen defeated its Portuguese host Benfica with a goal without a response in the fourth round of the league stage of the European Champions League.

Leverkusen raised its score to 5 points in 21st place in the standings, while Benfica remains in penultimate place with no points.
