The Ministry indicated that the guide It organizes the procedures for seizing violating materials and tools, and determines the mechanisms for transporting and storing them in designated locations that meet the necessary technical requirements, while bearing the violator for the costs of transportation and guarding, and ensuring that they are not used during the seizure period, in addition to identifying cases that require temporary precautionary closure of establishments in order to preserve safety And public health.

The Ministry also indicated that the guide includes procedures for destroying materials and tools that are unsuitable or dangerous to safety and public health, under the supervision of specialized technical committees, with the violator bearing the resulting costs. It also organizes mechanisms for recovering them after paying fines and fulfilling regulatory requirements, and allows the sale of seized items at public auction when their owners are not reviewed.
