The Egyptian embassy in the Armenian capital, Yerevan, witnessed an influx of members of the Egyptian community, to participate in the 2025 House of Representatives elections, despite the low temperatures and extreme cold weather that the country is witnessing at this time of the year.
The voting process for Egyptians residing abroad in the first phase of the 2025 House of Representatives elections takes place on Friday and Saturday inside 139 Egyptian embassies and consulates in 117 countries.
It is noteworthy that the elections for the House of Representatives are held in two stages, in which 2,598 candidates compete in the individual system, and 4 lists in the closed list system, and voting in the first round of the first stage takes place on November 7 and 8 abroad, and at home on November 10 and 11, with the official result announced on November 18, and the runoff is held abroad on December 1 and 2, and inside on December 3 and 4, and the result of the runoff is announced on December 11 Next.
