The Social Security Program clarified the mechanism for determining the imputed income, its percentage, and the factors that affect the value of the pension.

The program said that 50% of the earned income is a monthly salary or a return from trade of total unearned income (government subsidies excluding support amounts for subsidies for people with disabilities and support programs)

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development clarified the mechanism for submitting a complaint in the event of a shortage in the amount of support for beneficiaries of Social Security and empowerment, through the social support and protection platform, with the aim of ensuring easy access to the service and accurate treatment of financial cases.

Submit a complaint

This is followed by going to the financial payments page to verify the eligibility details. Then click on the option to submit a complaint.
She indicated that when submitting The complaint must specify its type, whether it is an underpayment or a zero payment, then attach the necessary documents or any documents proving the existence of a deficiency in the support amount.
