Minister of Endowments: Participating in the elections is a national and moral duty

Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments, stressed that the first national duty is for every Egyptian to take the initiative to participate positively in the elections, and to go to the electoral headquarters to cast his vote in this constitutional and national entitlement, stressing that participation in the elections is a national and moral duty, and that nations do not advance unless their children participate in making their decisions.

 

Al-Azhari said  in a statement issued by the ministry, today. Sunday – “Participation in elections is one of the highest forms of honesty, as the citizen contributes to choosing who bears responsibility for the homeland,” stressing that the vote is a trust, and loyalty to the homeland is worship.

He pointed out that participation in the elections reflects loyalty to the homeland, and is an expression of awareness, belonging, and responsibility, adding that “the homeland is not built by neutrality, but by action and initiative… The homeland’s elections are a renewal of the era of citizenship and an embodiment of the will of “The People.”
