Xi noted that China is ready to import more Spanish products and benefit from the potential for cooperation in emerging fields such as new energy, digital economy and artificial intelligence. He also stressed that China and Spain should work to enhance exchanges in the fields of culture and education, noting that his country will continue its policy of exempting Spain from visas in order to further facilitate people-to-people exchanges.
