The Minister of Foreign Affairs confirms the readiness of Egyptian companies to employ their expertise to meet the needs of the Turkmen market

Abdul Ati stressed – during the call – the keenness to follow up on the results of the second session of the Egyptian-Turkmenistan Joint Committee for Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, and to exploit the capabilities available to both sides to enhance cooperation in the areas of investment, trade and priority sectors. Which contributes to increasing the volume of trade exchange between the two countries..

 

The Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed the importance of strengthening communication between the business communities of the two countries to study opportunities for establishing joint manufacturing projects, and to benefit from the promising investment opportunities in Egypt, especially in the Suez Canal Economic Zone. The call also addressed developments in the situation in the Middle East, where Minister Abdel Ati reviewed Egypt’s role in supporting peace, security, stability, and reducing escalation in the region. He also addressed Egyptian efforts to consolidate the Sharm El-Sheikh Peace Agreement and fully implement its provisions, in preparation for the start of the reconstruction phase and enhance stability in the Strip. In this context, he pointed to the ongoing preparations for holding the Cairo Conference for Early Recovery, Reconstruction and Development in Gaza with regional and international participation.
