المملكة: In detail…the continuation of Saudi humanitarian aid to the brotherly Syrian people

Humanitarian aid provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues Saudi Arabia, via King Salman Relief Center, to alleviate the suffering of The brotherly Syrian people.
A new Saudi relief convoy crossed the Jaber border crossing yesterday in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, consisting of 14 relief trucks carrying 10,000 food baskets on board, in preparation for entering the Nassib border crossing in the Syrian Arab Republic and distributing them to beneficiaries in several areas.
1,454 cartons of dates in Aleppo
Distributed by the King Salman Center. For Relief and Humanitarian Work yesterday, 1,454 cartons of dates were distributed in Aleppo Governorate in the Syrian Arab Republic, benefiting 1,454 families, as part of the project to distribute Saudi aid to the brotherly Syrian people.
10 School Rehabilitation Project
The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Work also signed today a memorandum of contribution with Al-Fawzan Community Service Program, to finance the rehabilitation project of 10 damaged schools in the Damascus and Homs countryside governorates in the Syrian Arab Republic, benefiting from it. 20,071 individuals.
The memorandum was signed by the Assistant General Supervisor of the Center for Operations and Programs, Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz, and the Secretary-General of the program, Mahmoud bin Muhammad Al-Shami, at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The project includes rehabilitating the ten targeted schools in the Damascus and Homs countryside and providing them with solar energy, ensuring the reactivation of their educational role and creating an appropriate and safe environment for students and teachers, within the program to restore and enhance educational assets in Syria.
A number of distinctive projects are currently being implemented to rehabilitate and build approximately 40 schools in various Syrian governorates.
