A press statement was issued at the conclusion of the visit of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to the United States of America, the text of which follows: Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect him – made an official working visit to the United States of America during the period from 25 – 26 Jumada Al-Awwal 1447 AH, corresponding to November 18 – 19, 2025 AD.
The Crown Prince’s visit to America
His Excellency the President of the United States of America received His Highness the Crown Prince in the White House, and His Highness conveyed to His Excellency the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, while His Excellency requested that his greetings be conveyed to the Custodian of the United States of America. The Two Holy Mosques.
His Highness the Crown Prince and His Excellency the President of the United States of America held the Saudi-American Summit, where they affirmed their deep commitment to the bonds of historical friendship and strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America, and discussed ways to strengthen the partnership between the two friendly countries in all fields.
The Saudi-American Summit was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy and Chairman of the Saudi side of the Saudi-American Strategic Economic Partnership Committee, and Her Royal Highness Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the United States of America, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency the Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban, His Excellency the Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, His Excellency the Minister of Finance Mr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, and His Excellency the Governor of the Public Investment Fund Mr. Yasser bin Othman Al-Rumayyan.

While attending from the American side were His Excellency Vice President Mr. J.D. Vance, His Excellency Secretary of State Mr. Marco Rubio, His Excellency Secretary of the Treasury Mr. Scott Besent, His Excellency Secretary of War Mr. Pete Hegseth, His Excellency Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, His Excellency Secretary of Energy Mr. Chris Wright, and His Excellency the White House Chief Administrative Officer Ms. Susie Wiles.
His Highness the Crown Prince praised the achievements of the visit of His Excellency the President of the United States of America to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in May. 2025 AD, with positive results that contributed to raising the strategic relationship between the two friendly countries to an unprecedented historical level thanks to the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques – may God protect him – and the leadership of His Excellency.
The two sides discussed the latest developments and developments of common interest, and exchanged views on events and issues of concern to the two countries on the regional and international arenas, and efforts to enhance aspects of the strategic partnership between the two friendly countries.
Saudi-American Agreements
Also The visit witnessed the signing of the Strategic Defense Agreement, the Strategic Partnership for Artificial Intelligence, the Joint Declaration on the Completion of Negotiations on Cooperation in the Field of Civil Nuclear Energy, and the Strategic Framework for Cooperation in Securing Supply Chains of Uranium, Metals, Permanent Magnets and Critical Minerals.
As well as the Strategic Framework on Facilitating Procedures to Accelerate Saudi Investments, Financial and Economic Partnership Arrangements, Arrangements Related to Cooperation in the Financial Markets Sector, and Mutual Recognition of US Federal Vehicle Safety Standards, in addition to a Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Education and Training.
His Excellency President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump also held a state dinner in honor of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect him – attended by a number of senior American officials, members of Congress, and business leaders.

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect him – and His Excellency President Donald Trump participated in the US-Saudi Investment Forum, which witnessed the announcement of the signing of a number of agreements. And memorandums of understanding from both sides worth approximately $270 billion.
His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect him – also held a meeting with the Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Mr. Mike Johnson, and His Royal Highness met with a number of leaders of the US Senate and House of Representatives.
