Russian Chief of Staff announces control of city "Kubyansk" In Kharkov

 Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Valery Gerasimov, announced, in a report submitted to Russian President Vladimir Putin, that Russian forces took control of the city of Kubyansk in Kharkov Province.

The Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces said – according to what was reported by the “Sputnik” news agency: Russian, today, Thursday – “The forces of the Zapad group have taken control of the city of Kubyansk, and continue to defeat the Ukrainian forces besieged on the left bank of the Oskol River.”

 

He added: “The armed forces continue to carry out their tasks in accordance with the plan of the special military operation… and the forces of the joint group are advancing in almost all directions, benefiting from the successes achieved during the spring and summer campaign,” noting that “The Russian Armed Forces regained control over 13 regions in the Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye provinces, and expanded the scope of their control in these regions.”

 

The Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces continued that the “East” group It has controlled more than 230 square kilometers in the Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye provinces since the first of this November. (West) Russian.
