Cairo Film Festival announces the winners of the Future Generation Awards
The Cairo International Film Festival, in its 46th session, announces the names of the winners of the “Future Generation Awards” Which were introduced last year, as part of the Cairo Film Industry Days (CID) activities, which are held from November 15 to 20, 2025.
These awards come within the framework of the Cairo Festival’s direction to support promising cinematic talents and discover a new generation of filmmakers, in cooperation with The Film Verdict, with the aim of opening new horizons for young filmmakers, and giving them opportunities to enhance their careers and develop their creative projects.

“Cairo Film Industry Days” was launched As a platform dedicated to supporting and developing the film industry in the Arab world and Africa, by providing financing, training and networking opportunities between filmmakers and international experts. The days include several main programs and themes, the most notable of which are: the Cairo Film Forum, the Professionals Forum, and specialized workshops. Today, it has become one of the most important professional events in the region, due to the real opportunities it provides for developing projects and emerging talents.
