And the number of registered people exceeded The 30,000 barrier, and the participation of more than 300 speakers and experts in 150 sessions and workshops, while the number of occupied seats in the workshops and forum sessions approached 4,000 seats.
The number of participants on the forum grounds also exceeded 10,000 participants, and the forum’s virtual platform recorded attendance from 119 countries around the world, while viewing figures via broadcast channels reached two million views.
Misk Forum Global
The conclusion of the forum came with the crowning of 8 and in strategic partnership with 10 entities from the government and private sectors, in addition to a group of knowledge partners and sponsors, with the aim of empowering young people with the skills and knowledge and providing opportunities for innovation and creativity and the tools necessary for them to lead the present and the future through innovative solutions, initiatives and projects that make an impact in their communities and the world.
The ninth edition of the Forum embodies the message that the Forum – one of the largest youth platforms in the world – will continue to create impact throughout the year, through training platforms, innovation laboratories and spaces. Community-based, involving young people in the decision-making process, building the content of the forum and achieving its goals, so that the forum’s program is entirely based on the hands of the youth of the Misk Foundation and with the participation of ambitious young people locally and globally.
Enrichment and training programs
The forum comes in a new look and a new slogan every year, and with axes that speak periodically, to build enrichment and training programs on a basis that stems from the most prominent global challenges and keeps pace with the most important skills and the latest tools, as the content of the forum for this year was designed in 6 axes, which are: Technologies Emerging, social entrepreneurship, arts and culture, sports and mental health, global participation, and sustainability.
It is noteworthy that the forum, which began in 2016, set before it the mission of being the youth’s gateway to real opportunities, and one of the reasons for transforming their ideas into projects, and for their voices to be heard locally and globally in decision-making centers and forums, through a package of programs and capabilities that include the most prominent and important leaders and influential experts locally and globally.
