The committees supervising the polling, counting, and counting of votes shall be formed from a sufficient number of members of the diplomatic and consular corps, and they will be assisted by one or more principal secretaries working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who shall be appointed by a decision from the National Authority. Voting abroad begins from nine in the morning until nine in the evening according to the time of the country in which voting is taking place, as set forth in the decision of the National Elections Authority regarding the procedural and timetable for the House of Representatives elections, provided that it includes an hour of rest determined by the Chairman of the Committee, without prejudice to ensuring the proper conduct of the electoral process.
