Mohammed Al Sharqi witnesses the final half of the Fujairah International Show Jumping Championship and crowns the winners
FUJAIRAH, 23rd November, WAM/ His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, stressed the status of horses in Arab-Islamic culture, and the importance of consolidating and spreading equestrian sports and attracting those interested in them from around the world.
This came during the presence of His Highness, the conclusion of the Fujairah International Show Jumping Championship in its third edition, and its closing round, accompanied by Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, the son of His Highness.
His Highness pointed out the support and follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, for the Fujairah Equestrian Championships and their role in enhancing the cultural heritage of the UAE and the presence of the Emirate of Fujairah as a leading destination in organizing international equestrian championships.
His Highness crowned the winners at the end of the final round of the Fujairah International Show Jumping Championship, congratulating them on achieving outstanding results in the final tournament competitions.
The conclusion of the tournament was attended by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al-Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah, Dr. Ghanem Al-Hajri, Secretary-General of the Emirates Equestrian and Racing Federation, and Ali Musabah Al-Kaabi, Vice Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee of the Fujairah Equestrian Championships.
