With American testimony, Washington and Kiev are close to reaching an agreement on the peace plan

Axios reported: Citing American officials, representatives of Washington and Kiev have made some progress in Geneva toward reaching an agreement on the plan proposed by Washington.

An American official directly involved in the negotiations told Axios: That things are "fruitful and constructive" So far, there is convergence regarding an agreement on the peace plan.
