In the last hours… a significant turnout of voters to cast their votes in the House of Representatives elections in Menoufia

The last hours of the first day of Egyptians voting at home in the second phase of the House of Representatives elections witnessed a turnout of citizens in Shebin El-Kom, Menoufia Governorate, to cast their votes on the first day of voting inside the second phase of the 2025 House of Representatives elections.
The electoral committees at the Martyr Abdul Rahim Al-Sarsi School witnessed a large turnout of citizens to cast their votes, amid good organization within the committees and a heavy presence of the concerned authorities to facilitate the voting process.
Egyptians inside are participating in voting in the second phase of the 2025 House of Representatives elections, in 13 governorates with a total of 73 electoral districts in which 1,316 candidates and lists are competing under the individual system. In the sectors of Cairo, South and Central Delta, and East Delta.
The second phase of the House of Representatives elections will be held over the course of Monday and Tuesday, corresponding to the 24th and 25th of this month, in 13 governorates: Cairo, Qalyubia, Dakahlia, Gharbia, Menoufia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Sharkia, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, South Sinai, North Sinai.
The second phase of the House of Representatives elections was held abroad over the course of Friday and Saturday, corresponding to November 21 and 22, inside 139 Egyptian embassies and consulates in 117 countries, while voting at home took place on November 24 and 25, with the official result announced on December 2. In the event of a need for a runoff, voting will be held abroad on December 15 and 16, and at home on the 17 and 18 of the same month. The results of the run-off will be announced on December 25th.
