The Prime Minister leaves the Angolan capital back to Cairo

A short while ago, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, left the Angolan capital, Luanda, returning to Cairo, after participating on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, in the activities of the Group of Twenty (G20) summit for the year 2025, which was held in the city of Johannesburg, South Africa, over the course of the 22nd and 23rd of this November, as well as following his participation in the activities of the seventh summit of the African Union and the European Union, hosted by the Angolan capital, Luanda, over the course of the 24th and 25th of this November, in the presence of many African leaders and officials. And the Europeans.
Egypt was invited to participate, as a guest country, in this year’s G20 meetings, and the participating leaders discussed during the summit a number of challenges and opportunities, such as food security, debt, and climate change, in addition to strengthening partnerships between developing and developed countries.
It should be noted that this is the first time that the African continent has hosted a group summit. The Prime Minister participated in the opening session of the summit, and also participated in a number of sub-sessions. He also held interviews with a number of high-level African officials on the sidelines of the summit, and met with a number of the most prominent businessmen in South Africa.
Then the Prime Minister headed after the end of the G20 summit to Angola; To participate on behalf of the President of the Republic in the activities of the seventh summit of the African Union and the European Union, where he participated in the activities of the opening session of the summit. He also delivered Egypt’s speech during the first plenary session, which was titled “Peace, Security, Governance and Pluralism.” The Prime Minister held several bilateral meetings with a number of leaders of countries and governments participating in the summit.
