Abu Dhabi Police celebrates the 54th Union Day

Abu Dhabi, 28 November / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Police General Command celebrated the 54th Federation Day of the country, in commemoration and glorification of the status of this great day in the hearts of the nation’s people, and an expression of commitment to established values ​​and principles, and pride in the successive achievements of the Union’s journey, which witnessed giant developments in various fields, so that the homeland of goodness and giving remains a model of leadership and progress.

The ceremony, organized by the Protocol and Public Relations Department, which was held at the Abu Dhabi Police Departments Complex, witnessed the presence of sector and directorate directors, department directors, and a large number of its members who participated in commemorating the national occasion.

Major General Khalifa Mohammed Al Khaili, Director of the Finance and Services Sector, renewed the pledge of loyalty and belonging to the UAE and its wise leadership, stressing the keenness to preserve national gains and enhance the process of achievements in police and security work, so that the nation’s flag remains flying high in the fields of excellence and leadership, asking God Almighty to perpetuate the country with the blessing of security, safety and stability.

Brigadier General Dr. Rashid Mohammed Burshid, Director of the Saif Bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences, expressed pride in the Union’s journey and achievements, stressing that the sustainability of security and the quality of police services contributed to making the UAE one of the happiest and safest countries in the region.

The Abu Dhabi Police General Command affirmed its commitment to continuing development efforts and professionalism, by adopting the latest digital technologies and artificial intelligence systems, and supporting and enhancing the capabilities of human resources and national competencies that continue to work in accordance with strategic goals and priorities, ensuring the sustainability of security and safety, and keeping pace with the process of pioneering achievements achieved by the UAE in all various fields.

The celebration included playing the national anthem, displaying national and traditional music pieces, in addition to a review of the latest luxury police patrols that reflected the level of development and readiness in the police system.

The students of Umm Kulthum School in Al Ain presented traditional performances and folk dances that celebrated the spirit of union and the authenticity of the Emirati heritage, and presented old sweets in the corner of Dokan Al Taybeen to reminisce about the beautiful past, which gave the ceremony a heritage character in a distinctive national atmosphere, filled with the spirit of belonging and loyalty to the homeland.
