Ukraine claims responsibility for the attack on two Russian oil tankers off Türkiye

Declared UkraineSaturday claimed responsibility for the attack on two oil tankers in Black Sea, believing that they were transporting sanctioned Russian oil.

Two explosions rocked the tankers, "Virat" and"Kairos"off the Turkish coast on Friday evening, according to the Turkish Ministry of Transport, and the ministry added that one of them was subjected to another attack on Saturday morning.

Targeted by drones

A source said in Ukrainian Security Service told AFP "Upgraded Sea Baby drones targeted and hit the two ships"

The agency published a video clip showing floating naval marches towards the two ships, before they caused explosions.
