The Table Tennis Federation congratulates Hana Gouda for winning a bronze medal in the World Championships for male and female juniors
The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Table Tennis Federation, headed by Ashraf Helmy, extended its sincere congratulations to the player Hana Gouda, for winning the bronze medal in the World Junior Championship for men and women, hosted by Romania, during the period from November 23 to 30.
The Federation confirmed that this victory is a wonderful achievement added to Egypt’s record of successes in table tennis, and Hana Gouda won the bronze medal with the Ukrainian player in competitions. Women’s under-19 doubles, after narrowly losing to a German and Welsh duo 1-3 in the semi-finals.
Hana Jouda qualified with the Ukrainian player to the semi-finals of the tournament, after narrowly defeating a French duo 3-2 in the quarter-finals, and a duo from Puerto Rico 3-1 in the first round 16.
