Counselor Dr. Hanafi Jabali meets with the Speaker of the Parliament of Croatia
On the sidelines of the Forum of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean and the Summit of Speakers of Parliaments, hosted by the Egyptian House of Representatives, Counselor Dr. Hanafi Gebali, Speaker of the House of Representatives, met with Jordan Jandruković, Speaker of the Parliament of Croatia.
At the beginning of the meeting, Counselor Dr. Hanafi Gebali stressed that the meeting comes as a continuation of the historical relations of cordiality and friendship between the two countries, praising the growing development in bilateral cooperation relations in recent years, especially with The high-level pace between the two countries has increased, the most recent of which was the visit of the President of the Republic of Croatia to participate in the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum, and Counselor Dr. Hanafi Gebali thanked the Republic of Croatia for its continued support of the strategic partnership between Egypt and the European Union.
For his part, the President of the Croatian Parliament expressed great appreciation for the good organization and warm reception during the work of the Parliamentary Assembly Forum of the Union for the Mediterranean and the Summit of Speakers of Parliaments, stressing Croatia’s pride in the historical relations with Egypt, and its endeavor to strengthen those relations at all economic, commercial and cultural levels. He also stressed the continued support for Croatia supports Egypt in various international forums, especially the European Union, based on Egypt’s pivotal role in maintaining security and stability in the region.
