Starting today… Learn about the conditions for the 32nd edition of the World Endowments Holy Quran Competition

For centuries, Egypt has occupied the throne of reciting the Holy Qur’an, and therefore, before noon today, Monday, December 1, 2025, the Egyptian Ministry of Endowments will release the details of the thirty-second international competition for memorizing the Holy Qur’an, which is hosted by Egypt and will be held. Under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, through the press conference of Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments, and in the presence of senior statesmen and ambassadors of the Islamic world.

 

 And based on serving the Book of God Almighty, paying attention to preserving it, reciting and reciting it, and understanding its purposes, the Ministry is honored to organize the 32nd International Competition for the year 1447 AH. – 2025/2026 AD “ in memorizing the Holy Qur’an, reciting it, reciting it, and understanding its sublime purposes.

 

It includes the following branches:

 

The first branch:

 

Memorizing the Holy Qur’an “narrated by Hafs on the authority of Asim"  with its intonation and interpretation and knowledge of the reasons for admission for non-imams, preachers, faculty members and their assistants, provided that the age at the time of announcement does not exceed 35 years. 

 

And provided that the applicant has not previously won any of the first places, with financial prizes, in any version of the competition.

 

Branch Second:

 

Memorizing the Holy Qur’an “with the narration of Hafs on the authority of Asim” and reciting it for non-Arabic speakers, provided that the age at the time of the announcement is not more than 30 years.

 

And provided that he has not previously won any of the first places with financial prizes in any of the copies. Competition.

 

Third Section:

 

Memorizing the Holy Qur’an (narrated by Hafs on the authority of Asim or Warsh on the authority of Nafi’ or both) with its intonation, interpretation and parsing for imams, preachers, faculty members and their assistants, provided that the age at the time of announcement is not more than 35 years, and it is required that he has not won first place in any of the courses. Competition.

 

Fourth section for young women:

 

Memorizing the Holy Qur’an “narrated by Hafs on the authority of Asim or Warsh on the authority of Nafi’ or both.” With the interpretation of the twenty-ninth and thirty-first parts, in light of the book Al-Bayan Ali Al-Mukhtab in interpreting the Holy Qur’an, provided that the age at the time of the announcement is not more than 14 General.

 

Provided that he has not previously won any of the first places of financial value in any edition of the competition.

 

Section Five:

 

The Good Voice Branch "Excellent Reading": Memorizing the Holy Qur’an “with the narration of Hafs on the authority of Asim or Warsh on the authority of Nafi’ or Both”, with its explanation and knowledge of the reasons for disqualification, provided that the age at the time of announcement does not exceed 35 years, and provided that the applicant has not previously won any of the first places with financial prizes in any edition of the competition.

 

Section Six:

 

Concerning people of determination, memorizing the Holy Qur’an “with the narration of Hafs on the authority of Asim or Warsh on the authority of Nafi’ or both.” With the interpretation of the thirtieth part in the light of the book Al-Bayan, it is upon the elect to interpret the Holy Qur’an, provided that the age does not exceed 25 years.

 

Section Seven:

 

The Qur’anic Family Memorizing the Holy Qur’an “with the narration of Hafs on the authority of Asim or Warsh on the authority of Nafi’ or both” with understanding its meanings. And its parsing, provided that the number of members of the family who have mastered memorization is not less than three individuals, and provided that the family has not previously won any of the first places with the original financial prizes.

 

Section Eight:

 

Qur’anic Recitations Branch, provided that the seven minor recitations are mastered by Shatibiya with the guidance of these recitations, provided that the age at the time of the announcement is not more than 40 years, and that the age at the time of the announcement is not more than 40 years, and that He must have won one of the original financial prizes in the same branch.

 

Noting that all branches of the competition are open to both genders, provided that the contestant has not previously won, in any previous year, any of the first places with financial prizes in any branch of the competition.
