The Interactive Honey Museum continues to attract visitors to the Saudi Food Festival – organized by the Culinary Arts Authority in its fifth edition – through a rich experience that takes them to The work environment for beekeepers.
The museum also includes a tasting corner that introduces visitors to a wide range of types of Saudi honey, in addition to a remarkable experience represented by “honey ice cream” with innovative flavors that combine authenticity and a modern sense of cooking, in addition to specialized sales corners that offer honey products, its derivatives, and cosmetics extracted from it.
The history of honey and its therapeutic benefits
And you take the interactive journey. Visitors will experience a historical and cultural dimension that reviews the history of honey in the Arabian Peninsula, and ancient beekeeping methods, while highlighting the Saudi regions famous for honey production, such as Najran and Medina.
