المملكة: Implementing a discretionary death sentence against one of the perpetrators in Jizan for selling drugs for the second time

The Ministry issued Killing as a discretionary punishment of one of the perpetrators in the Jazan region, as follows:
"God Almighty said: "And do not spread corruption in the land after it has been set in order."And God Almighty said: "And do not seek corruption on earth, for God does not like corruptors."And God Almighty said: "And God does not like corruption"And God Almighty said: "The punishment for those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive upon earth to spread corruption is only that they be killed, or be crucified, or have their hands and feet cut off, whether or not They will be banished from the land. This is for them disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment."
Jaber bin Yahya bin Hussein Al-Maliki – a Saudi national – peddled the narcotic cannabis for the second time, and by the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in him being accused of committing the crime, and referring him to the competent court. A ruling was issued against him confirming what was attributed to him and killing him as a discretionary act. The ruling became final after he appealed and was upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided by Sharia.
The sentence of death as a discretionary punishment was implemented against the perpetrator/ Jaber bin Yahya bin Hussein Al-Maliki – a Saudi national – on Saturday 7/28/1447 AH corresponding to 1/17/2026 AD in the Jazan region.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to confirm to everyone the keenness of the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to protect the security of citizens and residents from the scourge of drugs, and to impose the harshest penalties prescribed by law against their smugglers and dealers, due to the loss of innocent lives they cause, serious corruption among youth, the individual and society, and a violation of their rights. At the same time, it warns everyone who does so that the legitimate punishment will be their fate, and God guides to the right path.
