It is noteworthy that the palm and date sector in the Kingdom is witnessing significant growth, and in recent years it has achieved record numbers in the production and value of its exports; The Kingdom’s production of dates exceeded 1.9 million tons, while the value of its exports of dates amounted to approximately 1.7 billion riyals. Which made it the first in the world in exporting dates. Saudi dates are exported to 133 countries around the world.
