Burjeel Al Ain celebrates the 54th Union Day
Al Ain, December 1st / WAM / Barjeel Al Ain celebrated the 54th Federation Day of the United Arab Emirates, in a distinguished event held under the patronage of Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, and in cooperation with the cultural and educational institutions of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan.
The celebration embodied the depth of national affiliation to the Union’s journey, and the medical community’s pride in the progress witnessed by the country in various sectors.
The event was attended by His Excellency Hashima Yasser Al-Afari, Member of the Federal National Council, along with a number of officials and community figures, who participated in this event in appreciation of the establishment of the Federation and the construction journey led by the wise leadership through five decades of continuous achievements.
In her speech delivered on her behalf by Maryam Hamad Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural Foundations, Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan stressed the national role played by health institutions in promoting the spirit of belonging and community participation.
Within the framework of the Year of the Family, which the UAE celebrates, this event represented an opportunity to strengthen ties between society and the health sector, as the celebration provided an interactive space that brought together families and medical staff in a national atmosphere that reflects the values of cohesion and cooperation.
The celebration program included heritage and patriotic sections that embodied the Emirati identity and the values of loyalty and belonging, while the artistic performances added an atmosphere of pride and honor to this dear national day.
For her part, Dr. Aisha Al Mahri, CEO of Burjeel Holding in the Al Ain region, expressed on this occasion her pride in holding this event under the patronage of Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, appreciating her prominent role in supporting culture, education and community initiatives.
She stressed that celebrating Union Day is an occasion to promote the values of unity and loyalty, and to honor the path established by the founding fathers and completed by the wise leadership with its ambitious vision.
