DUBAI, 1st December / WAM / Her Excellency Naima Ahli, Executive Director of the Dubai Women Establishment, said that the achievements witnessed by the UAE in various fields represent the fruit of the wise vision of the wise leadership, and the result of continuous investment in people, science and technology, in addition to consolidating the values of the Union whose foundations were laid by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, and their brothers, the founding fathers, may God rest their souls, fifty-four years ago, which It continues to illuminate the country’s path towards further progress and prosperity.
On the occasion of the 54th Union Day, Her Excellency added that this precious national occasion, with its sublime meanings, and the notable developmental leaps that accompanied the Union’s journey, constitute an incentive to redouble efforts, preserve national gains, and continue achievements in a way that strengthens the country’s position globally, noting that the values of the Union will always remain a source of strength and inspiration that pushes the people of the Emirates with confidence towards the future.
Her Excellency praised the pioneering role of Emirati women, stressing that they presented an honorable model of giving, excellence and creativity thanks to the support of the wise leadership and their proactive vision, which believed in their abilities and gave them confidence to be an essential partner in the development process.
