This investment represents an extension of the growing UAE presence in supporting the Egyptian economy and enhancing the urban development process, as the project consolidates New Cairo’s position as a regional destination for high-end hospitality and multi-use services, in line with the Egyptian government’s directions towards increasing hotel capacity to achieve the goals of attracting 30 million tourists by 2030.
The agreement was signed at the headquarters of the New Urban Communities Authority between Sheikh Dr. Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Emiri Diwan of the Emirate of Ajman and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Horizon Egypt for Urban Development, and Engineer Ahmed Ali Mohamed Hassan, Vice President of the Authority for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, in the presence of the leadership of the Authority, Horizon Company and its Board of Directors.
Sheikh Dr. Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi stressed that this project embodies Horizon Egypt’s vision of qualitative investment that goes beyond the concept of traditional construction towards establishing integrated civilized communities. He explained that investment in New Cairo represents a real added value to the city’s economic potential, advanced urban planning, and broad opportunities for growth in the sectors of tourism, hospitality, and quality services. He added that Horizon’s vision is based on developing projects that will be inherited and lasting, and will establish a civilizational model that keeps pace with regional and international urban development standards.
In this context, Engineer Ahmed Ali Mohamed Hassan, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, confirmed that this project embodies the state’s orientation towards maximizing the return on investment lands and achieving real added value that supports the national economy, explaining that it represents an applied model of effective development partnership with Arab investors, and enhances New Cairo’s position as an attractive center for tourism, hotel and service investment, which contributes to providing job opportunities and achieving sustainable urban development.
Royal Saeed Towers consists of two towers with a height of up to 150 meters (30+ floors), which together form an architectural landmark that adds a strong visual presence to the region’s skyline.
The project also includes a world-class hotel that adds a new dimension to the hotel sector in eastern Cairo, and provides high-end services to residents and visitors, forming an integrated experience of luxury housing and hospitality.
The project is located in a strategic location in the middle of New Cairo, Mostakbal City, and the New Administrative Capital, and near major axis networks such as the Suez Road, Ain Sokhna Road, the Southern 90th Axis, and the Middle Ring Road. This project represents a pivotal step in enhancing Horizon Egypt’s pioneering role in supporting the Egyptian economy, by providing thousands of direct and indirect job opportunities, pumping significant investments into local industries and building materials, supporting tourism and hotel activity, and enhancing New Cairo’s ability to compete as a global multi-use city. Horizon Egypt confirms that the “Royal Saeed Towers” project embodies its vision of building projects that carry long-term investment and humanitarian value, and work to raise the standards of urban development in Egypt, in line with the goals of Egypt’s Vision 2030.
