المملكة: Under the chairmanship of the Crown Prince, the Council of Ministers approves the state’s general budget for the year 2026
Head of His Royal Highness bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Prime Minister and Chairman of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs – may God protect him -, the session held by the Council of Ministers today, Tuesday, 11 Jumada al-Akhirah 1447 AH, corresponding to December 2, 2025 AD in Dammam, to approve the state’s general budget for the next fiscal year 1447/1448 AH (2026 AD).
The Council of Ministers reviewed the items for the fiscal year 1447/1448 AH (2026 AD), and he issued his decision regarding it, including the following:
– The state’s public expenditures are approved in the amount of (1,312,800,000,000) one thousand three hundred and twelve billion and eight hundred million riyals.
– The state’s general revenues are estimated at (1,147,400,000,000) one thousand one hundred and forty-seven billion and four hundred million riyals.
– The deficit is estimated at (165,400,000,000) one hundred and sixty-five billion and four hundred million riyals.
He – may God protect him – directed the ministers and officials – each within his jurisdiction – to actively commit to implementing what was included in the budget; Of development and social programs and projects that contribute to achieving the goals of (Kingdom’s Vision 2030), and placing citizens and their service at the top of its priorities.
