The Bahrain national team will show its capabilities and experience during the Arab Cup

Bahrain national football team coach, Dragan Talajic, confirmed that his team is looking forward to presenting a strong match and enjoying the performance during its upcoming confrontation tomorrow against the Iraqi national team, in the first round of Group 4 in the 2025 Arab Cup.

“We will be positive on the field, and we will not play in a negative way,” Talajic said during the match’s introductory press conference. We have good capabilities and experience accumulated over the years, and we will show them during the tournament.”

The Bahrain coach added that the team aims to achieve a positive result and a strong start that will enhance its ambitions in the competition.

When asked by an Iraqi journalist about his opinion of the position of the Iraqi national team if it had been part of the Bahrain group in the World Cup qualifiers alongside Saudi Arabia and Japan, Talajic merely smiled before indicating his great respect for the capabilities of the Iraqi national team without entering into comparisons.
