Hazza bin Zayed witnesses a show "Union Oasis" On the occasion of the 54th Union Day
Al Ain, December 3, 2017 – His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Ain Region, today witnessed the Al Ain City Municipality’s celebration on the occasion of the 54th Union Day, which included organizing a festive national show entitled “Union Oasis” in the Al Ain International Airport area.
The ceremony was attended by His Highness Sheikh Issa bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Advisor to His Highness the President of the State; Sheikh Dr. Saeed bin Mohammed Al Nahyan; His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence; His Excellency Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Chairman of the National Drug Control Agency; His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Advisor to the Presidential Office; His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan; In addition to a number of sheikhs and officials, and a group of citizens and people of the Al Ain region.
The “Union Oasis” show presented a national artistic painting that expressed the spirit of the union and the values of the wise leadership that made the human being the focus of development and construction, by reviewing bright stations from the history of the Al Ain region throughout the path of the union of the UAE through a group of key scenes, which included the beginnings of the prosperity of the Al Ain region with the arrival of the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God have mercy on him, through the era of empowerment under the leadership of the late Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, “may God have mercy on him.” Up to the era of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him,” and the development renaissance witnessed by the Al Ain region in all vital sectors and fields.
His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed that celebrating this national occasion that is dear to the hearts of the people of the Emirates constitutes an opportunity in which we remember the values and principles of the union, the foundations of which were laid and consolidated by the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God have mercy on him, until the UAE became a global beacon of comprehensive and sustainable development, whose children and residents of its land enjoy security, prosperity and stability. They continue the construction process with confidence, determination and steadfastness.
His Highness pointed out that the outstanding national achievements achieved in various fields, over the years of the glorious journey of the Union, prompt us to move forward with determination and determination in the process of growth and development under the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, in an effort to continue consolidating the global leadership position of the UAE, to remain a distinguished model in renaissance, construction and development, thus continuing to follow the approach that the founding fathers took to raise the country and ensure A more sustainable tomorrow for generations.
The “Union Oasis” show included an artistic and musical vision that celebrated the identity of the Al Ain region and its development and growth path, which began from the depths of the desert to embody the ambitious pioneering vision of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God have mercy on him.
The display also included five paintings that express basic values that shaped the renaissance of the Al Ain region, which are: the beginning of the vision, the prosperity of education, the preservation of heritage, the beauty of the Al Ain region, and the joy of the homeland. The display thus presents a message of loyalty and gratitude to the Emirates and its wise leadership, and celebrates the spirit of unity that has made the Emirates a shining model of progress, development and prosperity.
