"Palestinian Foreign Ministry" Welcomes the statement of Arab and Islamic countries rejecting displacement

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates welcomed, today, Friday, the statement of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the State of the United Arab Emirates, the Republic of Indonesia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of Turkey, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the State of Qatar, in which they expressed their deep concern about the Israeli statements regarding the opening of the Rafah crossing in one direction, which actually aims to displace our people in the Gaza Strip. Gaza.

 

 

The Ministry affirmed that the Israeli attempts to displace the Palestinian people from their land, whether through military pressure, unilateral illegal measures, or through the deliberate continuation of creating and perpetuating inhumane and catastrophic conditions, are considered a continuation of the occupation policies aimed at undermining the chances of peace and the Palestinian presence on its national land. The Ministry stressed that the Palestinian people, despite the unprecedented suffering they face, are steadfast in their land, and that any plans or measures aimed at imposing displacement or forced transfer will be met with categorical Palestinian rejection, and with a coherent Arab, Islamic and international position that refuses to infringe on their inalienable rights.

 

 

It expressed its deep appreciation for the sincere Arab and Islamic positions. It rejects attempts to displace the Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip, stressing that this support constitutes a political and legal safety net in the face of Israeli policies aimed at creating an illegal reality of forced displacement.

 

 

 

The Ministry also stressed the importance of establishing a complete and sustainable ceasefire, ensuring the flow of humanitarian aid without restrictions, in order to stop famine, and initiating early recovery and restoration efforts. Reconstruction, and creating the necessary conditions for the return of the Palestinian government to assume its full responsibilities in the Gaza Strip.

 

 

 

She stressed that protecting the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights, foremost of which is their right to self-determination and the embodiment of their independent state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital, remains a firm national priority that cannot be undone and irreversible. To act, considering that the unity of the Arab and Islamic position represents a basic pillar in confronting any attempts aimed at liquidating the Palestinian cause or undermining its established principles.
