Manchester City continues to put pressure on Arsenal with a 3-0 win against Sunderland in the English Premier League

Manchester City achieved a deserved victory over its guest, Sunderland, with three unanswered goals, in the confrontation that was held on Saturday evening at the Etihad Stadium, in the fifteenth round of the English Premier League for the 2025-2026 season.
City dominated the course of the match from the beginning, and was able to end the first half ahead with two goals from defenders Ruben Diaz and Josco Gvardiol in the 31st and 35th minutes, after perfect investment of set pieces and pressure. The continuous attacking, and in the second half, the heavenly team continued its superiority and added the third goal through Phil Foden in the 65th minute.
Egyptian international Omar Marmoush participated in the ranks of Manchester City as a substitute from the 69th minute until the end of the match, giving a good performance in the minutes he played.
Manchester City raised its score to 31 points in second place, reducing the difference with the leaders Arsenal to only two points after the Gunners lost to Aston Villa by a score 2-1, As for Sunderland, the dark horse of the competition this season, they remained in seventh place with 23 points, suffering their fourth loss in the league campaign.
