Cairo Education is developing a plan for field follow-up in preparation for the first term exams and re-elections

Dr. Hemat Abu Kaila, Director of the Directorate of Education in Cairo, today, Saturday, held an expanded meeting with the general directors and deputies of educational departments to discuss the field follow-up plan during the coming period, and to prepare for the first semester exams for the 2025/2026 academic year, in addition to preparations for the electoral run-off.
She stressed the necessity of expediting the disbursement of workers’ dues as a top priority that cannot be postponed, stressing that preserving the rights of teachers represents a basic rule for the stability of the educational process. And performance discipline within schools, and that any delay in disbursing dues is unacceptable and will be followed up daily.
She stressed the need to respect employees and appreciate their efforts because it has a direct impact on the quality of work, and issued a number of important directives regarding the daily regularity of students, ensuring effective presence inside schools, rationalizing electricity and water consumption, closing school doors, verifying the identity of visitors, and implementing the school discipline regulations without compromise.
