“Ports” adds a new shipping service to King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam

The General Ports Authority announced "Ports" About adding a new shipping service "JEBEL ALI MIDDLE EAST EXPRESS" affiliated with the company "CMA CGM" To King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam.
This contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of Saudi ports on the maritime transport map, supporting the flow of global trade movement, and increasing operational efficiency.
The new shipping service works to connect King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam with Shuwaikh Port in Kuwait, Khalifa Bin Salman Port in Bahrain, and Khalifa Port in Abu Dhabi, with a capacity of up to (2,202) standard containers.
This comes within efforts "Ports" To enhance the Kingdom’s ranking in global performance indicators, and raise the efficiency of operational operations at King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam, in a way that supports the movement of national exports, in line with the objectives of the National Strategy for Transport and Logistics, by consolidating the Kingdom’s position as a global logistical center, and a hub linking the three continents.
