Voting begins in 30 districts of the first phase of the elections "Representatives" By the vote of Egyptians abroad

Voting operations for individual seats in the districts canceled in the first phase of the House of Representatives elections began at nine o’clock in the morning, Wellington time, New Zealand’s capital, and ten o’clock in the evening, Sunday, Cairo time, in accordance with the rulings of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Council of State, which number 30 districts distributed among 10 governorates.

New Zealand is the first country in which Egyptians abroad begin voting in the electoral process, which takes place over two days on Monday and Tuesday at headquarters. Egyptian diplomatic missions abroad, where voting begins at nine in the morning and continues until nine in the evening during the two polling days, according to the local time of each country separately.

The conduct of this electoral round comes in light of the judicial rulings issued by the Supreme Administrative Court on November 29 last, canceling the electoral process in 30 constituencies and ordering it to be repeated after the last correct procedure, which is electoral propaganda. The elections are held in 139 electoral centers inside the headquarters of Egyptian diplomatic missions abroad, including embassies and consulates distributed in 117 countries around the world.
